I'm pleased to say that I hit my 2 stone weight loss today!
Started dieting/healthy eating in March.
I have taken up cycling which I have been enjoying (but not so much in this heat).
I'm off on holiday this weekend but deliberately didn't go for an all-inclusive deal so that I don't get tempted to over-eat. I will be so disappointed in myself if I even put on half a pound while I am away because it hasn't been an easy journey to get this far.

I'm still about 3 stone overweight but I definitely feel like I am heading in the right direction.
I tried on some of my holiday clothes last night and discovered that they are all too big! Good excuse to treat myself - I definitely feel that I have earned it.
