Hi ktboyle,

Welcome to the Weight loss NHS forum. If ever you want to edit your post, you can do so via the button to the right of 'follow post' and click on edit and make whatever change you want to make. It's easy. :-)

Have you read our Welcome Newbie post? It's in the Pinned posts area - right-hand-side of the homepage, or at the bottom of the screen if you access via a mobile device. It's worth a read and has lots of tips and suggestions from current and past members on what they've found helpful in the forum.

There are lots of Challenges going on, and you'd be welcome to join in with anything you like the look of. So have a look around - via the Pinned posts where the Challenges are - and also look at the Events section for the Monday group weigh-in link - which is going on today - do join us if you want to. We're open till 18 00 on Friday for you to weigh-in, and if you join before then you'll be included in this week's stats.

The NHS 12 week plan is definitely worth a look - many of us are following that plan, and it's easy to download from various places in the forum.

Have a great week.

Lowcal :-)

Hello and welcome back ktboyle 😊

Just being calorie aware is a massive step forward, and knowing that you don't need to starve to lose weight 😊 So my tip is check your bmi and target calories 😊😊😊
