Hi Norma,
I started on Tuesday so it's day 6 for me and like you I am dying to get weighed and see how much I have lost. However, I didn't weigh myself until Wednesday last week so I still have another 3 days to wait aaaaaaa I'm wishing my life away haha.
Don't worry about the exercise if you are struggling to find time for it as it just makes the weight come off faster so you will still see good results just by cutting down on food.

I have plenty of time to exercise I am retired I just can't find anything I can stick to
I quite like walking as I am very unfit so it is great for burning cals but I don't feel like I'm gasping for air afterwards lol. I have also bought an exercise bike (I'm not brave enough to go to the gym) and I use this 3 times per week for half n hour and find I enjoy it. Like you it took me some time to find anything I enjoyed 😀
