I am a nightmare to myself, no matter what I do, I cannot find the motivation to start my weight loss journey, I really need to lose about 4st. I have no interest in counting calories or reading food labels, any advice to motivate myself would be much appreciated as I cannot stand looking at what I see in the mirror anymore.

Hi Roadhog
There comes a time, when we have to decide which way we're going to turn. Carry on the way we are, miserable in our own bodies and killing ourselves slowly, or taking control and making the move to health and happiness
If you don't like counting calories and reading food labels, then don't! There are other ways to lose weight. If you only eat fresh, natural products, then there are no labels to read. You could try portion control, intermittent fasting and many other methods, to achieve what you desire.
There are numerous options, but nobody can make the move, but you. We can only offer support. Try throwing yourself into forum life a bit more and soak up some motivation and inspiration, to get you off the starting blocks.
Wishing you all the best
Just have a quick honest think - is there any rubbishy food you honestly don't need to be eating ? eg stuff that may have helped to gain 4 stone ? Consider your frequency and volume of sweets, chocolate, cakes, fizzy drinks, chips, pizzas, biscuits, ice cream, puddings, sugar, cheesecake - cut down on them a bit if you think they may be contributing and see if you then lose weight or look or feel better. Although it may be painful, you do need to take the plunge and weigh yourself, then do it a week later and see if any change. That may give you some motivation.
hi Roadhog from a fellow nightmare i don't count calories either. i started by introducing cleaner food into my diet rather than cutting foods out. i still over-eat at times and am still on my journey. i buy frozen vegetables and chose them over other foods for the bulk of my meals. i've cut down on pasta and bread due to filling up with broccoli, sweetcorn, kale, petit pois. making small choices such as having a glass of water instead of juice. i still eat unhealthy food, just not in the same amount i had been.
