Welcome to the Weight loss NHS forum. 5-a-day refers to your intake of fruit and vegetables. You'll learn more if you download the NHS 12 week plan, it's easy to follow and regarding aerobic and strength exercises, maybe have a look at the NHS Fitness studio for some ideas?
