Hello everybody. Well the weekend is here. I am starting to feel abit more alert maybe to early haha. I actually went to the gym at 6am. I am still eating desserts at lunchtime and bedtime lunch, Maybe the extra, extra sugar I am cutting out is doing wonders mentally like less tired, sluggish and more alert. I am going to keep track of it. lol
