Hi my name is iqra im 19 years old. I have a 1year old little boy and have found out im pregnant again, im currently overweight i weigh just over 95kg and want to lose weight safely during this second pregnancy. Any advice would be appreciated as im unhappy with myself.

To be on the safe side, why don't you speak to your GP, or midwife and ask them what the best plan of action would be for you?

We'll always be happy to support you, but would rather you got the go-ahead from a medical professional first :)
