Congrats on achieving your weight loss to date, that's really good going.

When you first posted, did you follow the link that YellowRose provided you?

There would have been links to the NHS 12 week plan, which many of us here are following.

The Newbie Club also references the Daily Diary, where we post our menu plans for the coming day. It's a great way of learning what others are doing and for helping each of us to stick to what we've written.

There are many other items that are referenced in the Newbie Club that can help you get started and keep going.

Good luck!

That’s a really good loss and you must feel the difference .

Have you also increased activity?

Keep going and you’ll get there

I go out waking atleast 3 miles, at least 4 times a week, I also try and do stuff round the house and have two children to run around after. I also do an excercise class once a week.

My trousers are certainly feeling much better. And I can now get into an 18 comfortable. C

I'm getting married next September so I'm trying to really get there x

That's really good going exercise wise.

You've already done so well, you're bound to get there with the wedding incentive.

Keep up the great work and it will come off. Remember taking it off slowly it will stay off. You want to keep it off before and after Christmas as well. Best wishes on your journey!!!
