my weight loss plan
Hey marc1966uk and welcome. Congrats on the weight loss, you've already knocked a sizeable amount off your overall target.
You seem to be doing really well on the weight loss side of things so not sure I can offer anything else of value but in terms of getting back into shape, there is the couch to 5k (c25k) challenge. I can't comment personally because I'm currently limited on what exercises I can do but a number of people here are involved in it.

Hi Marc
It sounds as if you're doing what works for you already😃
I think in terms of exercise it would be advisable to get medical advice before starting anything due to the copd - just to be on the safe side😃
You're doing brilliantly- keep up the good work😃😃😃
