I cannot seem to tag anyone. I've done the @ then typed the name but it doesn't come up in blue. I'm using a mobile, does that make a difference does anyone know? X

It shouldn't, I've been using a mobile from hospital and it's been fine

Try @ make sure its like the name you want to tag do if a cap R or r and it should bring the name up as you type Hidden

I had to do the first letter as a capital with no spaces between the @ and the name x

8-( I use a Windows PC. Copy & paste of the name may be working after a fashion - healthunlocked.com/user/suz... These things are always so simple when you know so perhaps someone can spot what I'm doing wrong.

AT LAST (one month later!) I can see how to do it.

1. Type the @ symbol where you want to place a hyperlink to another forum user

2. Start to type the person's tag you want

3. Watch the bottom of the screen for any Suggestions you can click on if the system recognises the user name.
