Work lunch ideas
We have a microwave and toaster at work (the toaster is rubbish, but the microwave is a commercial one and real quick)
I tend to take salads, if I can be bothered to make it in the morning or night before or chunky homemade veg soup (I am lucky my hubby makes a big pot soup and put in the fridge on a Monday - we are lucky if it lasts 3 days
Pate and toast - one of my colleagues take
Another is on Scottish Slimmers and brings in crustless quiche, dirty rice (I must get the recipe off her for this one it smells lovely )
When I think of any others they bring in I will let you know
I take mugshot pastas or ham and egg muffins which are beautiful x
Hard boiled eggs with vegetables, brown rice with chicken or beef with some veggies or left over dinner, the choices are numerous. You could opt to prep your meals during your free time and freeze then defrost the night before your work day.
Thanks for your ideas
Tuna salad and celery is what I do alot.
I have naked noodles , very quick and easy. I love them and only need hot water and a fork , perfect!
Cook a little extra dinner and take leftovers for lunch the next day.
Some home made vegetable soup would be my suggestion.
Frozen golden veg rice and a small tin of tuna. Takes 3 mins to cook and is filling. Good luck.
