Hello everybody, How are you all doing today?
I am really motivated and I started my day today with a healthy breakfast. It was easy to make, I found the recipe at the Change4Life website and it was delicious. For lunch I used one of their recipes as well and it was very nice and tasty.
Breakfast: Smart beans on toast
Lunch: Tuna and potato salad
I am a pescetarian - I don't eat meat but I eat fish.
I am definitely sticking to this 12 week plan.
