I am really motivated and I started my day today with a healthy breakfast. It was easy to make, I found the recipe at the Change4Life website and it was delicious. For lunch I used one of their recipes as well and it was very nice and tasty.
Breakfast: Smart beans on toast
Lunch: Tuna and potato salad
I am a pescetarian - I don't eat meat but I eat fish.
I am definitely sticking to this 12 week plan.

You can edit your post if you want to - and I don't know if you have put it in the Topic of Meals/snacks/recipes, as that's an option you can use for any post - then it is included in the topic so it's easily found by people searching for lovely recipe and meal ideas. Not sure if you've done that already, but I wanted to let you know it's an option to consider.
I don't think people realise there's the option to categorise by topic, as it's a fairly new feature, so don't worry - I am just suggesting it - as you can change it easily - the edit button is to the right of the 'Like' button (I think) and then you can make any edits you want to, including choosing a topic to place your post in.
