Hi you’re doing so well to stick to a diet plan it’s not easy but after a while and you start to lose weight it will motivate you to keep going. I have just stated a diet too so good luck. Have a nice day. J 😀
Good luck Mag ( leave the pie) I’m actually enjoying my weight loss journey this time. Beer and wine was my downfall though ! I am trying LCHF and cut out all the bad stuff and now doing exercise every day (weather permitting). I’ve lost 11lb so far in four weeks So I wish you every success on your Weight loss journey.

Just one word of warning...kids dont always follow your good example. I sent them to school with raw carrots and healthy snacks and they swapped them with their friends for chocolate bars etc.. One of mine is now a health freak and extremely fit (in the army reserves) and the other two are overweight...one can only do ones best! Concentrate on getting yourself right ...they need a healthy, happy mum !! xx
