I am sure that if you resume your healthy eating that two pound will drop off again really quickly, and more besides. We all have those days or moments when things don't go the way we intended with our eating. So take heart and step forward into a new week!
Never mind, it happens, we arent robots. Im sure itll come off again soon. ☺
I was going to say pretty much the same as everyone else, (which is excellent advice) but having had a difficult week myself don't feel I can give that advice when I don't listen myself!! Grrr 😡

I'm just about within my maximum calories today, having been over Thursdsy Friday Saturday, so hope to lose what I know I have gained before my Thursday weigh in 😊

Don't focus on the little slip that led to the gain, focus on the fact that you are working so hard to make positive changes to your health and well-being, that you haven't thrown in the towel and that you are generally succeeding with your goal to lose weight. Give yourself a pat on the back and say "WELL DONE ME!"
