As I expected my weight in check wasn't successful... I did not loose anything, I actually gained back 0,5 kg!
The weird thing is that I even mesured myself and the weight is 1cm less! Which is good!!!
Target for next week : exercise!!!! More exercise!!!

Don't worry about small fluctuations in your weight - whats the trend over time? Whats happening with other measures - well spotted. How accurate and consistent are your scales?
The more and better data you gather the clear idea you'll have of how well you are doing!

Sometimes the scales don't reflect the work we've done but a tape measure tells us how it is!
Stay focused and enjoy your exercise, I'm starting back to my 'normal' week after my flu and really looking forward to the class. If someone had said this to me 6mths ago I would have laughed ! go for it 😃
