Don't worry about small fluctuations in your weight - whats the trend over time? Whats happening with other measures - well spotted. How accurate and consistent are your scales?

Sometimes the scales don't reflect the work we've done but a tape measure tells us how it is!
Stay focused and enjoy your exercise, I'm starting back to my 'normal' week after my flu and really looking forward to the class. If someone had said this to me 6mths ago I would have laughed ! go for it 😃
