Oh no!

Yesterday was my third day on the 12 week plan and I've managed to come off the rails already. Bit of work stress and feeling under-confident combined with biscuits in the office and down I went!!

BUT I'm not going to let it derail me for long. Back on it today. Got to keep going.

One slip does not count as failure. Put it behind you, draw a line, and get right back on it. You can do this x

Don't panic and if there's one thing I have learnt from this forum it's that we may be on a long journey there may be bumps and stops along our road but if we get back on track we will make it in the end.

Don't feel under confident you are in charge of you, no one else is and you are strong enough to do this.

It was only one derailment - nothing permanently damaged - just get back on those rails and chug on with renewed steam - we all go off track now and then, if we didn't we wouldn't be on this forum, but you can do it :)

Yay! Much better day yesterday and I'm back on it! Even managed a run in -1 conditions outside ;) Thank you for all the support it does make a difference, I don't feel alone on this journey.
