Hi, I'm littlelolly, Im 40 years old and I hope I can still use this site and join you so that we can help each other along our journeys as I am joining Weightwatchers on Wednesday through my GP with vouchers so I have to really try hard.
Like other posters on here I have and still am battling clinical depression since the last 5 years. I really want to sort my weight problem out, I need to lose 3 stone. Before becoming ill I was 3.5 stones lighter and I do blame the illness causing me to comfort eat, not exercise, plus constant medication upheaval.
I also have a highly stressful job which I have taken a step out of to try to sort myself out so I'm going to do something less stressful for a while and try to get the old me back.
Anyway, lets all help each other and we will get there. Xxx

Have a look at the 12 week plan, to see if that might be something that would appeal to you and don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
Wishing you all the very best with your weight loss journey
