Congratulations on maintaining your weight - it is much better than gaining. I know you've not been around for a while, as you've been very busy, so welcome back!
Do you want to re-join us in the Monday group weigh-ins? You'd be very welcome to do so, and the link to our latest thread is in the Events section. We're no longer copying and pasting posts from previous members, as we don't want to 'assume' you want to be in the group - you may prefer to post separately, as you've done today - so please don't mind my popping over and commenting, but I didn't want you to wonder where everyone is today - many people are in the Monday group, which is why it can be a little quiet in other areas of the forum on Mondays.

I'll get you the link, and then just pop in there and report your weight, we're not copying any pasting people anymore, so you do need to literally pop in, but it won't take you long! Great that you want to be with us again! I'll pop back with the link to the Afternoon post in one moment, and you can pop in - but for future reference it's always located in the Events section - so do have a look, so you can familiarise yourself with where it is.
