Hi again Clinicalgirl,

I realise you must have clicked on the morning thread somehow, as you replied there instead of the afternoon thread which moreless gave you - but I've seen your reply there now, and I've replied!

I've also explained how our threads work - i.e. the Morning session being from 6.30am to midday, and the Afternoon/Evening session being from approx midday to midnight.

Thank you very much, I'll aim for the morning thread in future. I had my gym induction last night & did my first work out in years tonight. 😀
