Ok it's my first week done! I know I only have a stone to lose but I only lost 1 1/2 lb this week thought i may have done a pound more....however..... I lost 13 cm off my waist!! Must have all come off there!! Is that good?

This is the end of my first week too and I have about the same as you do to lose. I think it;s quite hard when you're not too overweight because I find I don't get much encouragement, people say 'you don't need to lose weight' But I know where it is, all hidden under my skirt! And my BMI puts me in the overweight catagory.
Anyway, I lost 3lbs in my first week but my waist (and thighs, the problem area) measure the same so it's probably gone from my top half where I don't need to lose it!
I'm feeling motivated to carry on though and if it drops to 1lb a week so be it

How is it all going? HAve you managed to get a bit more toned lately. I lost a little in week one and two but i had a really bad week last week so i daren't even get on the scales lol.... my exercise is going great though and i'm enjoying pushing myself to certain challenges!

It's going surprisingly well considering I've not been too good at weekends. Another 2 1/2lbs this week bringing my total in 3 weeks to 6 1/4lbs. I'm not too good with the exercise but I do 20 mins turbo training on my exercise bike every other day and I try to walk the long way if I go into town, about 20 minutes and up and down hill instead of 10 minutes on the straight. I haven't lost any inches from my waist or thighs but i do feel a lot less bloaty. I'm off to Tenerife today for a week so will not be weighing in next week
