I run out of ideas of what to eat especially for lunch at work x
Well I just struggle getting going, I can manage a few days eating well but I get bored and because I'm not working at the moment it's too easy to eat everything I can find! Im rubbish at eating different things too, I bought an avacado to try and I've had a tin of sardines in the cupboard for a while but when lunch time comes round I always choose cheese! Then in the evenings i will be annoyed with myself again! 😂

Hello, and good luck! I think losing one and a half stone by Christmas is well within your capability - plenty of time if you start now! I'm trying to lose around a stone - I'm struggling at the moment, plus I'm on holiday next week, so am thinking of relaunching my campaign from July. I hope to get my weight off by Christmas, too.
I have found that when you don't have much to lose (which is us!) you do need to be strict with yourself in terms of weighing and measuring, to keep the weight coming off, and expect to lose around 1lb a week, so that you don't get disappointed that it seems to take a while.
