out of swim and gym again since falling down a flight of stairs on monday.sustained back and shoulder injury so immobile for the moment. fed up, hubby has been great but has made food choices that i have been trying to avoid. thinking positive though and hoping not to much damage done. can't believe i can be so accident prone.

Oh no prawncess! Poor you! :(

Just rest up and take care. Do an online food shop, print off some healthy recipes and set your hubby to it! :)

I hope you'll be feeling much better, very soon :)

Argh no way! I'm so sorry for you, that's got to be frustrating. I know something of what you're going through as my ankle has gone on me a few times leaving me in pain and immobile. That's when my weight really piled on! I think out of boredom more than anything. But you know better so I think you'll okay. Just try to be as healthy, food wise, as you possibly can be. Good luck and get well soon.

It can set you back, falling down the stairs I have been there. I had shoulder impingement, it still comes and goes even after an op. I feel now will not pay for any more private physio, am going to ask for NHS Physio but will have to wait. so its para's it will go eventually. However, made the m istake of getting lazy with exercise and now I am paying the price. Whatever you do, even in pain exercise REGULARLY it will keep recurfrence at a minimum. Good luck and get over it soon.
