The past week I have added daily exercise 20mins plus............trying to eat three times a day, which has been hard for me....... no bread, or potatoes, since starting this diet...... I have a feeling of dread as I go to weigh myself this morning, which I have been putting off since I got up, a weight loss of 0.2 a week since I started is very deflating for me, seeing as I need to lose at least 2Ib a week, so I guess I had better face the scales.........

It's that time again........
So how much?? Crossing my fingers .......my weight loss has been painfully slow too, so I'm hoping this is the week!
Hi it's 1lb gone forever👍 I started calling myself the pound lady a while back as that's all I seemed to loose other than maintaining you do start to get deflated but I keep telling myself the work I have done is staying done where as before I would have given up and plonked more weight on.
Sometimes it takes 2 weeks before we notice the change on the scales keep at it and hopefully next week there may be a 2 or 3lb loss.

I'm a slow loser too - But it all adds up. 3lb week 1, 1lb week 2, 0lb week 3, 3lb week 4 & 0lb week 5 - It's all smiles on the weeks I'm losing 3lb but ready to throw it all in the weeks I lose 0lb or 1lb, when I feel I'm putting the same effort in each week, sticking to calories and exercising loads.
However, it all adds up - Now, for the first time in years, I can say I have lost half a stone! My body shape is changing weekly too, even if my weight is not - at a rate of 1/2" a week going off my belly! - Are you taking measurements?

I'm new to this so very interested to see how people are managing. I've cut bread out completely now for 6 weeks which was really hard at first as its so convenience but it does get easier.
