I'm Jeff and I'm now retired.I'm 68 years of age and was a stonemason for 45 years. Climbing up and down churches kept me fairly fit but after retiring some extra weight has appeared from somewhere!!!!!!! I'd like to send it back to where it came from.
Cheers
Jeff

Welcome to this great forum Jeff. There is lots of encouragement and help available . Keep posting it really helps to keep you motivivated .I also find the weekly Monday weigh in keeps me mostly on the straight and narrow plus the other challenges that come along ( see the pinned posts ) as Anna says if you look at the newbies letter ( it's pinned on the right hand side of the page ) that is a brilliant starting point
Good luck with the weight loss , enjoy retirement and be as active as you can
welcome jeff, and good luck for your journey, lots of help and motivation on here for you
Hi Jeff48. I guess retirement does that for you as it is a total change of way of life. I guess you need to try to incorporate some from of daily exercise to replicate the church climbing to help with the weight loss. This forum is great for help and support. Best of luck
