In my all time diets I've learned that without patience and 2l of water per day , I will never lose weight . I'll drink the water but patience was never one of my virtue .
Today I haven't walked for 10.000 steps but I have managed around 8000 , I will do my 40 min of dance and I had healthy food !
I will leave here a pic of my lunch which was turkey breast with veggies(frozen) , tomatoes , green onions and peppers . Some condiments like italian seasoning and black pepper . Easy to cook , 30 min is enough , 417kcals and cost me 4.50Β£ .
Cause my sweet tooth is guilty of my big belly I had a caramel rice cake which has 51kcals , 3.4g sugar and it cost 1Β£ at PoundWorld .
Overall today it's been ok . I'm still waiting for summer π
