I usually don't share this kind of info but this is me . At my heaviest just 2 months ago , today after one month on my own + one on the NHS plan I've made it when it comes to losing weight . Of course I still have a lot , I'm aware but I'm happy with the results for the moment .
Been to the gym today , done 1h and 20 min cardio , managed to walk 13.000 steps , didn't had my water as I should , had healthy good food . Even though I'm succesful , my mind challenges my senses and I still live with the feeling that I will quit but if I quit again , then I will never try it again. It's huge investment , time consuming , can make you very tired but I think for the moment it's worth it .
For the moment , I will do my very best . I want to wear a dress , I have an event , a sad event but it's an event that I will have to be part of so I want to wear a black dress so that's my main goal for september when the event (cousin's remember even) will take place .
