Hi everyone I have been following the plan now for three weeks went for my monthly check up and was amazed I had lost 7lb in just three weeks I am so pleased I cannot do much exercise at the moment due to health problems but I manage to potter around the garden which I love doing things are going the right way at the moment let's hope it continues
