After 40 years of yoyo dieting, this time I have got my head in the right place as well as my eating. I have done lots of reading on the psychology of over eating and I'm determined to out-wit my brain which always wants to sabotages a lower calorie diet!! Lol π Find the right eating plan, just a few hundred calories less than you need (use BMR checker to find this, but about 1400-1600 calories for most women) move more to burn a few hundred more calories, then watch the inches disappear!! π

Thank you, yeah I think it's just my brain needs to readjust. I'm going to try to stop and think before raiding the cupboards! which has happened so many times before! Also think I read somewhere your not supposed to eat after 6pm so going to try and go on my bike to work all this week and try not to eat anything late evening! Wish me luck -Ali π
