Well a Friday night has come and gone and it's happened - impossible I know but it has - no blurred vision, no late night food order, infact no alcohol at all - a sedate evening (following a six hour drive back from Wales) chilled out ready for tomorrow working the garden - good night dear friends and fellow calorie counters

Well done...it's hard to change the old habits but I hope you are feeling very happy with yourself this morning. It's old habits like that which pile the weight on and have to be changed. That's a great start

Well done, and enjoy the gardening! I find the time goes so quickly when I am gardening, that I forget to eat....can only be a good thing! :)

Well done. Where are you driving home from next Friday?

Lol - unfortunately or fortunately I will be in the south of Spain but planning to do some maintenance on the house there ( probably six days of siesta) so it's not looking great for holding onto low calorie options - although I love seafood so will try to stay off of fried or breads

Oh lucky, lucky you. I've always found Spanish cuisine quite diet friendly. I suppose it's the salads and lovely veg.
