Did you have a secret weapon or just good and sensible eating and exercise plan, any tips would be great,

I feel alot more energetic, a just eat healthy really, and a lot of walking, I eat alot more Than a did before but just healthy, and your doing great too, ive still gt another 3 stone to go

I plan more bike rides and walks, but my walking partner has moved house, so it's the bike for most of the time from now on.
