Hi my name is Soeurette and I've signed up to the 12 week program today. No idea how it all works yet. I work full time and married with 2 grown up kids. I work full time, studying for a degree plus just started my open little business so life is hectic! Looking forward to getting to know people and getting to grips with the program.

You are definitely in the right place now, not only will this community help you lose weight it will create a support network of people who will be there for you when ever you need some motivation or just a chat about what's on your mind!
Hi Soeurette. Plenty of help and support on this forum. Sounds like you have a busy life so my suggestion would be to plan, plan and plan. If it gets to the end of the day and you don't know what to eat or have food ready it is more tempting to eat the wrong types of food. The 12 week plan is great and hope you can join in with the weigh in group.
I am very good at planning our meals, it's the snacks or food in the office brought in by others that I struggle not to succumb to particularly on a busy stressful day.
Welcome on board - you could use your business skills and consider this another project, with goals, a budget that comes in calories and regular monday reviews!
