Hello! I'm a 33 year old female who currently weighs 68kg... What can I say? Have had a tough couple of years... Was caring for a terminally ill family member as well as working a full time job. The exercise and healthy eating were the first to be sacrificed... Coupled with being an emotional Eater! I have gained 10kg + over this time and now I say 'enough is enough!' The goal is to lose 8-10kg in 12 weeks and improve my fitness also by using the couch to 5k app! Feeling pretty positive right now!

Emotional eating, never good, settle for hugs, friends , and those who know me, know I love my cat cuddles and herbal tea..........

68kg is not bad as an absolute number, but I've got a very small frame and not much muscle mass, so it's too much for me! It could be worse though, so I take your point and thanks for the encouragement! :)

Glad you've managed to find some time for yourself at last.  Sounds like a great idea sorting out your eating and going for an increasing exercise plan too.  Hope you enjoy it all.
