I've just joined, and Day 1 has arrived, marked by the clock striking just after midnight my time. My sleeping issues don't help. My first step was to join a platform where I could start counting the days, hold myself accountable, and find direction.
Getting this far has been exausting enough. For now ,I'll work on sleep and spur myself on in the morning when able.

You're very welcome to the weight loss forum, Dave_101
You'll find loads of support here, and members willing to share their experiences and help you on your way. All we ask is that you do your bit by supporting and encouraging others.
You'll find everything you need by following this link healthunlocked.com/weight-l... Scroll through and you'll see everything on offer. You could start by joining the weigh in and/or adding your meal plans to the daily diary: just read the opening post, which explains all, and join in.
From experience, joining in with forum activities will give you much more interaction and more out of being a forum member than you will by blogging - the two-way thing seems to work best
Thank you for welcoming me to the weight loss forum, and I appreciate the support offered by its members. However, I find the pressure to participate in certain activities to be overwhelming and counterproductive to my journey.
My past experiences with coercion have contributed to my struggles with obesity, and I need the freedom to find my own way at my own pace. While I understand the intention behind encouraging participation, I prefer a space where I can engage on my terms without feeling forced to conform to specific practices.
Therefore, I have decided to seek a community that aligns better with my need for autonomy and self-paced progress. I kindly request that my account be deleted. Thank you for understanding.
No probs. All the best with your journey. If you decide to keep your account, pop by and say hello. It’s nice to hear how people are doing; but no pressure.
