Disappointed after my first two successful weeks losing 5lbs and 3inchs from my waistline week three I am the same I have kept to the diet but not had as much exercise.So week four plan step up the exercise and cut down on the calories only 10 days to my holiday I need to lose a few pounds and a it off the waist swimsuit here I come.

you have had a great start - so weight loss does not happen every week. Aim for a two pound loss between now and holiday - that would be a clear half stone lost

A stall in weight lose is not unusual and as you have already said exercise is key. A couple of things to consider, a pound of fat and a pound of muscle. Muscle masses a lot less than fat. So its quiet possible that you have lost fat and replaced it with muscle, which is why the scales are the same but the inches are shifting. Next thing, water, sorry this is a bit tmi, your urine should be a very pale yellow, if it isn't you are dehydrated and that means your body is having to work to hard to shift the weight you are trying to lose. So it stops trying. Eg, a stall. Hope this helps you and have a fab holiday x
