Looking forward to loosing some weight - about two stone I hope,and being in touch with like minded people will help I am sure - I have printed out the 12 weeks and have set myself a start date (Monday ) although being relatively good already.

Hi Discovery1910. I would say plan,plan and plan. Don't ever guess your calories and if you can't work out what the calories are for a food item then don't eat it. Stick within your allowance and take each day at a time. The first 2 weeks I feel are the hardest but you should also lose the most in those weeks so hope that will keep you motivated. Once you get into the swing of things I am sure you will see that weight dropping in no time. This forum is fantastic for support and hope you can join in with the Monday weigh in with Lowcal that moreless has sent link for. Good luck
