Hello! I've restarted the couch to 5K app after doing it a little and giving up (twice). Im on week 3 day 1, hoping to leep it up this time! Just wondering if anyone is doing it and/ or is at a similar place in the app?

I done it a few years ago from doing nothing it was so easy to do just keep with it plain around it . How I run 4 times a week at lest 10 k a time I have lost a total of 5 stone with the help of running please please stick with it
I'm on week 6 and love it, each step up looks impossible and is surprisingly okay. It's a great programme, good luck!

I think there are a few members in the Weight Loss NHS community who are doing the Couch to 5k - hope it's going well for you so far.
But did you know there's also a specific community that is full of members doing Couch to 5k as well? Might be worth joining that too, to give yourself lots of mutual support - but I hope you'll still stay here in this community too of course - here's a link to the Couch to 5k community on Health Unlocked, incase you'd like to have a look:

Well done , keep at it !! I have had 5 weeks of finding it so very hard , wondering why I was putting my self through such a horrid experience .week (6) now,it's suddenly gone not just ok, but great. Loving my run, still not far but so good :-). Yesterday I loved running a mile , can't wait to get back out there again today. Breathing just started to happen . So my advice to all on the couch to 5 k is keep going. I am amazed that in 6 weeks I have progressed from couldn't make it to the next lamppost to a happy mile
