If you find one let me know!!! I can't have granary (dentists orders) or seeded as it disagrees with me 😕  At the moment I am using tesco in store bakery wholmeal, a small slice of the loaf weighs in at about 30 grams, some of the other packet breads weigh over 40, two is too much, and you can't make a decently sandwich with one!!! Lol 😂  And we won't even discuss how heavy my home made bread is . . . Rofl

It's best to avoid bread with wheat in - try something scrummy like fresh baked soughdough bread or rye bread, if you have a local bakers or natural health food shop you may be able to get it there.- a much more filling alternative that is no where near as "bad" for you as shop bread. - its a little more expensive (I pay £3 for a large cob shaped loaf) but it slices up nicely into enough bread for a week for a family of 4. We bag it up in the freezer in 2 slice lots and its ready for toasting or take some out in the morning for lunch.

The kids and husband love it - kids say its not as doughy and doesn't bloat them up.

Worth a try anyway....

Good luck.
