Weight loss

Hi I am Susieb I lost 6 stone 6 years ago on reductil. Gave up smoking last year and put 2 back on. Which I am struggling to lose without the help of the tablets. Anyone tried generic reductil?

Reductil was taken off the market so I really really would not advise buying them online, you never know what you are getting when you source them from online, full of all sorts of nasties

Thanks for the advice. I have tried orlistat from the doctor but didn't get on with them. Maybe I'll stick to slimming world.

Good plan, it was withdrawn from the market because of increased heart attacks, strokes and the likes so not good at all

Thanks so I believe. I must admit it done wonders for me with no problem. Went from 17 stone to 11 stone then they withdrew it off the market. I was good at 11stone then for 6 years but gave up smoking last year and put two back on. Struggling to lose it. Even with  excersise. Must be my age lol

well i have tried over about 3 years to loose weight i cant loose anything

It's a struggle I can't either. I walk and bike ride but think I eat to much of the wrong foods so just joined slimming world last week. Lost 4lb on my first weigh in. I have 2 stone to lose. What about u?

Seems a bit extreme to me! You sure 8 stone isn't ok for you?
