Well done Safoora.
It is a steep hill to climb, to work out why we eat what we eat and when. I would really love to just eat when I feel hungry and not because I like cooking and looking after people, I get enjoyment from cooking and when I wake up the first thing I think about is what am I going to eat today? It is a change of lifestyle and a change of mindset that is going to take time. I have cut out the bad stuff from my eating and have lost weight every week for 10 weeks. I wish you the best on your quest!! John

Food will never hug you......in its basic form its fuel, no more.
We are human and our relationship with food is often complex, my first real food passion was French bread, I went camping in France often, and remember how blissful it tasted, along with the sun and carefree nature I was about 4 then.
Go and enjoy life, in time you will relax and enjoy being out with friends and food, good habits do form .
You'll be be more mindful tho, as I am, and lots are here too.
