Hello, I dont like vegies either, never have, and probs never will unfortunalty. But i have still managed to lose 6st in weight, anything ia possible if you are determined and you put your mind to it. Calorie controlled diet and exercise is how I did it :)

Hope that helps!

Yes i remember how we used to make gravy and still do it that way! I do still use the instant granules too and in checking the list of ingredients on mine it is similar to the list you copied in, then it says "no artificial colours, flavours? I am getting confused ;-?

I joined Slimming world last year they stipulate that to lose weight you must have one third of your plate in veg ,eat no fat or low fat , no alcohol and low sugar. I have lost three stone now

I think it also explains why we eat and are not satisfied so we eat some more. None of those ingredients sound good to me. I still make gravy from scratch, but not too often. It's such a treat, no fat/no flavor.

Im not a big veggie fan but managing to lose weight

I have a smoothie for one of my 5 a day, I like green beans (steamed no butter lol)

otherwise I have to change the way I eat veggies to get them into my diet i.e. instead of potato chips I have sweetpotato chips, parsnip chips and sometimes carrot chips (in a health fryer or 1cal oil spray roasted in the oven) tho I prefer carrot cake lol

otherwise meals like fajitas means I will eat peppers (but I don't like onions), currys will often be made with veg for the sauce, I don't like soup but like bigleg said if you make it yourself that's potentially loads of veggies in one portion!

and of course fruit is much easier to eat as a snack item :)

not for the sake of losing weight or you diet but for your health I would defo recommend trying to incorporate more fruit and veg into your diet
