Hiya, My girlfriend mentioned this website and it looks great. Focus is not so much on weight loss recipes but health, which is going to achieve the same thing. Now, to cook food that husband and teenage son won't like but that is good for me--they can add chorizo if they want. I'm tired of catering!

I'm yet to actually make anything on there but it does look delicious. I've yet to get the ingredients together - but if I get myself organised the sweet potato chocolate brownies will be at the top of my list. Happy baking and let us know how it goes 
I've cooked quite a few things from her book and the website. Some great stuff in there - I've converted the family onto eating the energy bites !
