Recipes?
Hi Kelly1985 and welcome to the weight loss forum
Are you using a computer or mobile? I can't help you if you are using a computer, as mine is temporarily unavailable, so cannot remember. On my mobile to get to the recipes, i just scroll write down to the Related Posts section (right at the bottom of the screen) and then you will be able to find recipes. It might be the same on a computer but i can't really say without looking at mine but it might be under the events section.
One of the administrators will be able to help you in the morning now. I have tagged YellowRose55 who will be able to help you, if you are using a computer.
Sorry in the topics section i was meant to put and not in the events.
If you look in the pinned posts there is a recipe thread. Just about everyone on them is a recipe someone has posted in the first instance then other people comment or add variations on a theme.
Also try looking at Daily Diary lots of ideas for meals and if you want a particular recipe just ask.
Stick with it, it can be tricky to navigate but the support is second to none.
Hi and welcome Kelly1985
The first place to look is at the Pinned posts section to the right of your screen (bottom if you're using a mobile), read the Welcome Newbie thread first and move through to the challenges, where we hope you'll find at least one that will appeal to you 😊 Recipes are also in this area healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news 😊
Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as many people have had success with it. Also use the BMI checker nhs.uk/tools/pages/healthyw... to find your target calories, it's important to eat enough. This was a major turning point for me, realising I could eat anything I wanted as long as the calories are accounted for 😊
Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate 😊
The forum also have group weigh-ins every day if you wish to take part. The posts can always be found in the Events section on the 'home' page 😊 We also have a daily diary section which is great to get ideas of what other people are eating and I have to confess to nicking some of their menu's
You'll notice a grey box next to people's names, these are achievement badges, and as a new member you may have a 'Newbie' badge. If you have any questions or would like a Newbie badge please just ask 😊
We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too 😊

Hope this helps you.

As well as the online resources everybody has mentioned, I would also like to suggest your local library. They usually have loads of cook books and you can find healthy recipes there. You're also not stuck with the whole cost of the book if you only like a recipe or two!
