I know it's old hat is anyone still useing the Wii fit I still use it as a scale and when it's taking outside and don't fancy getting wet running in it but did use to enjoy the old thing

I've not got one but my friend swears by hers and uses it every day !!

Oh I wish I had something like that to use . Last week when the weather was bad and I could not get my steps done it was driving me crazy. My daughter has a running machine , unfortunately I don't have the space for that. You are doing brilliant coming up with an alternative excercise . Since I started walking more that is when the weight came off.

I still use mine occassionally although not as much as I should. I used to use it most of the time when watching Masterchef Australia (guilty pleasure!) as you can watch whilst stepping and it was better than sitting on my backside watching an hour of tv. You have reminded me it is time to get it back out!
