Weigh in and I've stayed the same and I'm ok with that. It's been an awful week of torrential rain and flooding here so food has not been as planned a priority as it should have been.π€I feel I've dodged a bullet but no gain is down to I'm sure all the brushing and shovelling I've done helping to clear my sister in laws house. My arms still feel like lead !! Lol( mmm that might be why no wgt loss !!! )
It's a bright crisp morning with no rain ! how good is that π My plan today is a walk into town to get some kms banked and a look around the shops ( well all steps count lol). Might even have a nice bit of lunch out ( healthy of course)
Loving the 80 day world challange and my little pedometer !!
I'm surprised you haven't lost weight Flossie, with all the exercise you've been doing, but I guess you're leaden arms are now muscle bound - fab for the bingo wings
I'm so pleased the rain has stopped for you, because you've had a horrible time of it. I wish I could say the same here, but we're on our 8th straight day now and it's really starting to do my head in. However, we're a lot better off than nearby villages, that have had to be evacuated due to flooding!
I hope you have a smashing time wandering around the shops with your trusty peddy and enjoy a really tasty and healthy lunch
So sorry to hear the rain is still with you, it's been so awful. I feel like things still have not got back to normal since before Xmas but hopefully my circuit class will re-start on Monday.
Have a lovely weekend and hope you manage to do something really niceπ
Well done for surviving the week, and I know it's been a stressful time for you with the floods - perhaps you've maintained your weight due to the stress of the situation, and hopefully all the manual labour you've been doing shovelling the water and debris will show on the scales next week. Maintaining is always better than gaining in my book. Well done!
I really hope you enjoy your walk today, and that the sunshine remains so you can enjoy it. Enjoy your healthy lunch and mooch around the shops as well.
I think the Around the World Challenge is so great too. Really motivating!
Hi flossie you have really done so much this week I am surprised to hear you haven't had a loss too, but at least your staying positive and sticking with it. It won't long before you have a shift in weight on those scales I am certain of that hun
I just see a maintain as a week where we are tested just to see how we react and I like to look at it in a positive way to teach the mind just how strong we can be when faced with this situation. You know how hard you have worked and you know you have eaten correctly so you will see a minus by next Friday.
The weather has been so crap recently and it is soon to get colder, but hopefully the rain will stop and you can get out more this coming week and gather more kms on your pedometer for the km challenge which I love too
Here's to a great week ahead floss and best wishes x
It's certainly been an eventful week but we have been so much more lucky than others around the country.
I'm starting from scratch, upping my exercise and looking at what I am eating, I always seem to go for carbs rather than protein so this week I am really going to focus on what I put on the plate.
You are so,right it cold and miserable so we need feeding with the right foodsπ
I'm loving my pedometer I've been out today for a walk, yes it's raining but I do feel better for itπ
Onward and downward lol

The constant rain has left so many areas of our beautiful country in such a bad state sadly. My own family has somehow missed by a whisker devastation, one moved a week before his old house flooded ( horrid for the new owners), one has a home in Cumbria but is on top of a hill and was one of the only homes escaping being flooded in the area. Another sister moved to Guernsey 8 months ago and her old house is half under water in Yorkshire. For myself, just the bottom of my garden is a bit pond like. We had massive flooding a couple of years ago in my area, but again my home is on a slight hill so missed it all. It is awful feeling useless to help others and also the guilt that 'we are fine'. You must be in turmoil with the direct effects on your family flossie, much love and hugs to you and yours.
Hope you enjoyed your lunch out hunny. π
