Hi all, I weighed myself yesterday and was disgusted to find I am the heaviest I have ever been.....17st 4lb. I'm 46 and if I don't do it this year I never will.
I started day 1 of week 1 of the C25K yesterday and have downloaded the NHS 12 week diet plan to get me started.
Good look to everyone else with their 2016 goals 😉
