Well it all started when I was at a family party and I caught some random guy laughing at me when I was getting my food. I never told anyone about it but decided that soon as Xmas (2017) was over I would begin a diet. A couple years ago I had managed to lose 5st but had put most of it back on. My wife had decided that she wanted to lose some weight as well so she thought we should start slimming world. I was not to sure about it as I thought it wasn’t really a man thing 😳. Anyway I went along as was shocked when I got on the scales and saw that I weighed 19.6 stone. After my 1st week I had loss 6.5lb then followed that up the next week with half a pound so got my half stone award. I then decided I would start c25k. After week 1 I was so disappointed as I had put 1/2 pound on. I nearly jacked the running in but decided to carry on. The following week I lost 6.5lb. After that my weight was coming off pretty steady. I was losing between 3 and 5 pound a week but sometimes I would put 1/2 on. Once I got to week 5 on c25k I decided that I would rejoin the gym and up my cardio exercise. I completed c25k with no hiccups and the weight loss was still happening. Anyway since 16/01/18 I have lost 3.5 stone and feel so much better. Anyway hope this can inspire anyone who doesn’t think they can do it

wow, what a great before and after picture. Congratulations, 3 stone is amazing
Brilliant, you must be so proud of yourself
Great stuff 😊 delighted to celebrate your success
You've done very well in just 5 months and, depending on your height, I guess you're now just over half way to your healthy weight .
Our weekly weightloss naturally slows down quite a bit as we get smaller ( that's a good thing, it gives us a far better chance of keeping the weight off long term ) So this might be a good time to review your calorie requirement for your current size. The NHS Bmi checker is the place to look .
Congratulations on your success so far. keep up the good work.
Brilliant weight loss. There is one problem though - you need to change your name. You’re definitely not biggydoug any more!!
You’re an inspiration, slimdoug?
