Starting a soup diet tomorrow and also an exercise plan! I am only 2lb out of the healthy BMI for my height, However I dont feel comfortable being this size and so will aim to lose 14lb! Fingers crossed!

Have you thought about embarking on a healthy lifestyle change, rather than a quick fix? Much as I love soup, I'm sure I'd find it boring after a short while

My soup diet is a big part of my healthy lifestyle change, I love snacking, so I've replaced my unhealthy snacks with low fat or fat free cereal bars and fruit. I'll see how I get on with my evening meals of soup, I'll end up getting bored of it eventually however there are so many things you can change in a soup.
