I really need to stick to this habit and make this change.
I keep yo-yoing and it really needs to stop.
I'm really going to commit this time.

Well done in committing to improving your health. 10lbs is very doable in a relatively short time (2 months??) The hard part is sticking to it rather than yo-yoing up and down. I'm still at the start of my journey to stop the yo-yo, but I think the key will be to find a model of healthy eating I can stick to long term instead of thinking of being on or off a diet
Exactly, I think I also need to work in finding a model I can stick to long term too.
Hi Mary....well you're in the right place for support....post and reply to posts and you'll be at goal in no time.
Hopefully, thank you!
I will be following your journey as I too have 10lbs to lose, but I am much much older than you,so I am more interested in finding a simple enjoyable eating plan. good luck.
I have about 30lbs overall to lose.
I'm focusing on losing 10lbs every 2 months.
Of course join me 😊
Welcome back maryfunke - I was wondering where you'd gone! Hope all's been okay. Good luck with sticking to the habit this time - how do you plan to make the changes - will you re-start the NHS 12 week plan? Wishing you lots of luck
Hey!
I'm restarting the plan.
I did so well for a bit and then life happened and I just starting making excuses.
Not anymore!
Thank you
