Hey my lovelies! I wanted to join the weigh in on monday but was not able as I cant weigh myself other than at work and I dont normally work Mondays,
Hopefully I'll be able to join next year ( ha π ) after I purchase myself one of the weighing scales/ machines βΊοΈ
Anyway, my little 'healthy' changes make me very happy, I'm starting to love fruit and veg as I used to once and I discovered really nice flavoured teas that keep me going in the evenings, when I feel the need to nibble..
And it's also funny that I don't "crave" any chocolates or ice creams; as a matter of fact I still got an ice cream in the freezer and I dont feel the need of "devouring" it as I would normally do ..

Did I write this thread regarding eating fruits and veggie and choc doesn't even tempt me!
Hi Sandra, if you get a WiiFit it will tell you your BMI as well as keeping a record of it, and its got lots of fun exercises. I've found that drinking tea in the evening keeps me from snacking too, or if I do snack I can limit it to toast, porridge or wheatabix (with skimmed milk).
You can always add on your Tuesday weight to the Monday before's thread
