Weigh in at the chemist!

Hi! I knew I had gained a few pounds, but I was shocked and horrified to learn that I was way over my usual comfortable weight!! I have a heart condition and on 2 different heart meds, so was kind of blaming that! I am not as active as I used to be (I am 51). I decided to do a weigh-in at Boots the chemist as I kept making excuses for my own personal scales!!!

So, I need to loose at least 1 stone. So desperately wanting help and advice with other potential weight loss buddies! Anyone out there needing to loose some weight??! I don't eat chocolate, crisps, biscuits, fudge for years.... so think age, and inactivity has a huge impact on this!!

Thanks for reading this! :)
